Indiana has just welcomed a spectacular new playground in its fold. Located in the charming town of Corydon, in the southern part of the state, Possibility Playground opened its gates on October 22nd. This significant event marks an impactful step forward in promoting community inclusiveness.
Spanning 32,000 square feet, Possibility Playground is now Indiana’s biggest playground accessible to everyone. It’s filled with fun features that kids of all ages and abilities can enjoy. Showcasing 18 different slides, swings, and climbing equipment, the playground seamlessly combines fun and accessibility.
Championing the importance of accessibility, the playground adheres to the guidelines set by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). This creates a fun space where children of all abilities can play and learn side by side. Located within Hayswood Park, the Possibility Playground replaces the park’s existing playground, ensuring it caters to the needs and aspirations of the entire community. Both the Corydon community and visitors can enjoy the wonder of Possibility Playground. This huge, all-inclusive playground, is a symbol of the community’s strong spirit.
