Stay Home. Stay Fit.

During these trying times we want to continue to support the members of the SCI community.

We have been working with the NeuroRecovery Network and Community Fitness and Wellness Facilities to bring you videos of simple exercises and tasks that can be done from home to keep yourself active.

Here are some simple things you can do from home to try and keep yourself well:

  • Wash your hands frequently.
  • Also be sure to clean surfaces of your wheelchair or assistive devices
  • Stay hydrated.
  • Eat a balanced diet.
  • Get at least 20 minutes of physical activity.¬†Try some of the exercises in the video below for your activity.
