Overall Time Commitment
The following time spans are provided to understand the amount of overall time we would need you to commit to:
- Main Study: 6 – 7 months
- Assessments before the Interventions: 2 weeks to 1 month.
- Intervention: 20 weeks (about 5 months.)
- Assessments after the Interventions: 2 weeks to 1 month.
- 3 months after completing the Main Study, there is a follow-up visit that can be completed in 1 week.
- You do not have to remain in Louisville, Kentucky or West Orange, New Jersey, in the 3 months’ time leading up to this specific visit.
Approximate total time needed: 6 – 7 months + 1 week for follow-up
